Tamara started working in administration and finance 15 years ago and has gathered extensive experience in large and small companies. In that period she got acquainted with the nature of various business processes and later on led the implementation of quality system at Atol. In accordance with Atol company’s strategy and her personality she takes over the role of a consultant, coach and project manager mainly in the implementation period of Produs solution in practice. She assist the management and their employees to overcome resistance to change and adopt the agreed principles in practice. She supports the Atol team in the areas of LG/LN, sales, management and actively cooperates in development of Produs information tool. She is communicative, practical and creative person who likes working in dynamic and team environment.
