In her 16 years of work experience in the IT & Telecom domains, Rekha has worked in a multitude of management and functional roles including business development, pre-sales and programme management, across Industry verticals and with UK, US and EMEA clients. Through these functions, she has played a Strategic IT Consultant’s role and has been part of senior leadership teams, leading large matrix managed teams to deliver customer centric solutions addressing the business goals of clients. She has an Engineering degree from REC, Trichy and an MBA from SNHU along with an Advanced Strategic Management certification from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. Rekha is heading Atol’s UK operations and business development activities.
