Sales Consultant

in Ljubljana, Slovenia.

Excellent English skills, functional knowledge of German and Faculty education are mandatory. Accountability, result-oriented and teamwork are values ​​that we would like to highlight as necessary to achieve the expected results.


Main responsibilities:

  • Generating Leads (by LinkedIn, cold calling and networking etc.),

  • Acquiring new projects and Clients by following Atol’s sales process and

  • Upsell to Existing Customers and other tasks according to Atol’s needs.


The sales consultant will be trained to guide a potential customer to discover his needs and then offer the best possible solution to ensure their needs are fulfilled.


Core activities:

  • Executes sales activities according to Atol Sales System (will be trained for use),

  • Prepares tailor made proposals and contracts based on provided templates and tools,

  • Organises preparation of solutions for clients, confirms relevant solution with experts,

  • Uses of Atol’s CRM system as required by the sales process and maintains key information of customers and opportunities assigned,

  • Works with the Company management to improve sales system based on market feedback and company vision,

  • Maintains professional knowledge by reviewing professional publications,

  • Develops personal networks and actively participates in professional communities and

  • Attends Internal weekly Sales Meetings and reports.


Required Competences:

  • Aptitude for (international) sales,

  • Basic knowledge of diverse business models and industries,

  • Problem solving and tenacity to cope well under pressure,

  • Fluent in English, functional knowledge of German,

  • Results oriented and target driven,

  • Effective networking expertise (including LinkedIn) and excellent communication skills,

  • Aptitude for using contemporary technology in business,

  • Assertiveness and basic negotiation skills and

  • Team spirit and the will to succeed.


Desired Competences:

  • Confidence, to lead professional conversation with top managers and asking difficult questions,

  • Extensive knowledge of diverse business models and industries,

  • Basic knowledge of consultative sales and value-based selling (will be further developed),

  • Basic knowledge of Lead Nurturing using LinkedIn and similar technologies,

  • Knowledge of additional languages, Self-organised - Time management,

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks according to priorities,

  • Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team and

  • Strong emotional intelligence.

  • Develop the processes for the 🐦PGN, locally and globally

  • Lead marketing projects and perform related activities,

  • Deliver the Lead Generation and Lead Nurturing results according to Atol's operational plans

  • Design, Implement, Measure, Improve the

  • Reception Responsibilities

  • Ownership of Payment, Contract Management processes, Issueing of invoices, recording of receivables

  • Communication with accounting
