The Company primary critical issue was inability of Slovenian local labour market knowledge. One of their largest clients requested their service to identify 2 – 4 TPM Consultants in order to support new business in Slovenia. They were working on this position exclusively.
Reasons

the client did not allow any advertisement – even not in social media;

they have experiences all over USA but no one in Slovenia; and

time pressure, deadline was defined with start date of introduction in USA.
Needs and Solution
